Return Policy
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and always endeavor to perform quality checks on all orders before we ship them. The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority, and if you feel are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the item, please do let us know.
For situations of damage/detective or incorrect quantity/style, please send us an email at support@journaldream.com with your order number and an image of the received package and items. We’ll be happy to help!
For orders with tracking status showing as "delivered", we do not offer refunds/resends without proof of loss from the local post office.
Please note that we do not provide refunds/re-sends if the delivery fails due to an incorrect delivery address. So please make sure that your address can receive the package before placing an order.
