Journaldream made it our priority to offer the best journal supplies and shipping service to all our customers around the world. All shipping times provided below are average shipping times for past orders only.

Free shipping is available for international orders over $49 in most regions and countries. For a few regions and countries, we use commercial express to transport your package, so the free shipping terms are different.

1.Order Processing Time

It is approximately 1 to 5 business days. Processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year and national holidays. 

2.60 Day Guarantee

Journaldream guarantees delivery for all orders. If your order is not successfully delivered to you within 60 days, please send us quick email with your order number and we will issue a full refund.

3.Customs Fee

We prepay customs duties for parcels from most EU countries, so you don't have to pay extra fees when your parcel passes through customs.

But in some countries, Customs requires that duties must be paid by the recipient, which is determined by national policy. Customs fees are sole the responsibility of the customer. Journaldream does not offer refunds or returns under circumstances where customs fees are not paid by the customer and orders are not cleared. Please note, in rare instances, custom agents may delay the release of orders at their discretion.
